"Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Looks like a two year old did my manicure for $40."

"I usually try not leave negative reviews but I’m still in pain two days post pedicure. The nail tech doing my pedicure caused so much pain during my pedicure that I’ve never experienced before. The kept pulling skin from the side of the nail repeatedly to the point that I demanded that she stop. I’m still unable to walk without pain. There is a small sign of infection now at the site at which she caused repetitive tissue damage. If this does require an I&D due to infection, I’ll be sure to send the medical bill your way. My toe is quite swollen and red but only increasing. I don’t plan on returning to this place to endure this treatment again."

"When my mom and I came, we asked to sit together and were denied. My nails look ok…. I got red and the lady who did my nails got the red on to my accent nail. When I told her she sounded annoyed that I wanted her to fix it. I felt rushed and for purchasing a manicure, no hand massage or usual hand care a manicure includes. When I told her that there was powder and polish under my nails she just kept telling me to wash it and it took me almost demanding her to remove it from my skin and under. My mom and I were very disappointed and will not be returning"

"Used to drive all the way to St. Pete because I am very particular about my nails. Now I drive to Bali Nails from Temple Terrace (approximately 30 min drive) and it is SO worth it!! Peter, Katie, and Lee are super talented and they gave me the longest lasting gel full set and gel pedicure I’ve ever had. In addition to those ladies, the entire shop is friendly, clean, organized, and pleasant. I believe it was the owner who stood at the front of the shop with me and hand picked my neutral colors. She was so patience too. Highly Recommend coming here!!"

"At first I was happy until they started filing my nails. I asked for square and got round. I asked for a design , showed them the design and they said absolutely… okay I believed them until she started doing the designs. Completely not what I asked for… I should’ve spoke up. usually I pay 5$ more for a design… when we were finished she told me 50$ for a FILL & simple line design… I WAS CHARGED 15$ … 15 extra dollars for some easy lines I could have drawn on my hand even neater.. Wont be coming back. Okay bet I wanted vs what I got"
