"My first time coming here to relax my hair and I got charged double the price it said on the website because I got charged to blow dry my hair. What hair salon charges $55 to relaxer and another $45 to blow dry under the dryer? Absolutely not worth it and it took almost 2 hours before I went to sit under the dryer. Never coming here again."
"I asked for a cut with layers and the sheer scissors to make my hair less heavy. She refused to do it because of her own personal preference and then charged me 71 dollars.. for a hair cut and wash. Didn't get what I wanted. Didn't feel like arguing with her anymore. It's my style preference. It doesn't matter what you think unless it pertains to the health of my hair, which this did not. I should have let the apprentice cut my hair.. at least she asked me what length layers I wanted. Not that the stylist was paying attention. I will never go back there ever again."
