"Ugh… I asked for a trim and some face framing (but like below the chin framing- nothing crazy). The salonist wound up adding a bunch of really choppy layers. It literally looks like they just chopped some random chunks of hair.. I didn’t notice for a couple of days. I haven’t called and asked for a fix or refund because it just feels uncomfortable. I would just beware and not “trust the process”. I won’t be going back. Update: it’s been a couple of weeks since I left my review and no one responded or reached out. Changing my review from 3 stars to 1 stars."
"Masha did an amazing job on my hair! First time in my life I haven't had to take scissors to my hair after getting it cut. I went from hair 3/4 of the way down my back to just above the shoulders. The cut was just perfect. She was also very personable and lovely to chat with. I apologize I can't remember the assistants help, but they were also wonderful. Very attentive and personable also. All around amazing experience!"
"This is how Swank has left my hair..... I'm speechless. Terrible customer service, didn't receive what I had asked for, and now I feel super insecure! :( This is not worth the $800 I paid in two visits (separated by a month). I went from dark brunette hair, to a screaming bright orange hair for a month, and this is after the final appointment. Update: a manager from swank has contacted me and thoroughly addressed all my concerns. I received a refund and was recommended new stylists to give a try. The management at Swank will protect you if this happens to you."
