"Writing this review in behalf of my mom, who had the awful luck of going to this salon for the first time today. She arrived at the salon at 10:25 am for her appointment. She had hair dye and was made to wait an hour with the dye on her hair as they’d overbooked her and had to serve other clients. Afterwards, Liz finally showed up and washed her hair and made her wait another half an hour at the hair washing station, leading to neck pain and discomfort as on top of this, my mom suffers from neck and back problems. This was all a result of taking care of clients who arrived after my mom. Liz also left my mom’s jacket soaked in water after washing her hair. My mom ended up walking out due to the bad experience. I would not recommend this salon due to poor treatment of customers. Liz also never apologized for the bad service, she completely ignored the issue while it was addressed with the front desk. Let’s see what cheap excuse this awful salon comes up with below:"

I've been going to Belanova for years and when a woman comes in, she leaves feeling better. I've seen girls going to prom and the whole salon of women celebrates them, from my chair I've heard women talking about challenges in their lives and there is kindness from the others there. Elena's and her staff pay attention to each person who comes in and offer a level of exceptional service and skill. I am grateful that there is this level of a salon in the area."
