"Very upset, I went to this place where I had other services done and this time I requested the eyelash service. The employee was talking on her cell phone the entire time and her hands smelled like fish. It seems like she didn't wash her hands after eating. She was coughing in my face all the time without wearing a mask and hopefully tomorrow they will remove all the excess glue, which is the only thing I see all the time. I noticed at the place but she told me to wait for it to dry well. I hope tomorrow they solve the problem or return my money"

"I called this place to ask how long was a wait for a nail change and the manager answered the phone and tells me there is no one waiting then went on to ask what I wanted done and I told her a nail change then she says o can u come in at 6:30 pm I was like no I could come in right now since you just told me there was no one and then she’s went in to talk to some one in her language and then I asked if I could come in at 5 and she tell me o no we leave at that time which in other words means that she was trying to deny me service !!! She was there giving me a million excuses so they won’t have to do a nail change which to them was probably a service that didn’t make them money so they choose to not take the money and deny the service since it’s not worth there time . I Will be reporting this to the better business bureau and all the business pages I can report it on ,, I will leave a bad review on this page until I’m satisfied! And I will be filling for an inspection due to poor services……… The salon knows dam well that they did not want to bother with a nail color change because they wanted to make more money …"

"USED to be a regular customer, but would NEVER return. Got myself and my daughters nails done (brand new full set) .. I told the lady that they looked horrible and we’re already lifting and she insisted they would be “fine” . Called back the next day for them to fix it and they had the audacity to try and charge me $50 to fix their own mistake . While she was “fixing” it she was purposely burning me with the nail file and laughing . This place went down in morale recently and their nail technicians are inexperienced. They can’t do a nail design at all Nor the proper shape And they wanna overcharge you ontop of it . I would suggest avoiding this place at all cost to save your headaches. This is what your nails will look like after 2 days . And they can care less about their customers"

"We went here to get fixed up for a wedding so 10 of us were there. 2 of us were kids. They were kind and accommodating. Our toes and our nails look fabulous! So happy with everything!"
