"do not book with kelly!!! i had her do my hair about a year and a half ago and it is still recovering. i have done even more intense treatments with other stylists and there was no damage from them as compared to her. she told me i could not dye my hair again for another three years after, which was completely false after other evaluations from much more professional hairstylists. she also told me that when i needed my hair done again, i needed to go back to her cause she knew where she had highlighted my hair, etc. thank goodness i did not listen, as that was again false and more than likely just a way to get me to go back. she also charged a friend of mine by the hour instead of for the actual service that was performed, and i know for a fact that my friend was severely overcharged. my mom did a better job dying my hair with box dye at home than what was done to my hair here. she seemed down to earth which is why it starts to make me feel bad to leave this review, but remembering all the false information and the insane overcharging, i think i’ll be okay."

"Little disappointed that I booked this appointment last night at 630pm. She texted to see what I wanted and I guess what I wanted was nt worth herme so she canceelled me. Of course, I never had this issue before, so I get to the shop and she ain't there. I look through my emails and saw that she canceelled me at 647pm. She could of had the courtesy to text that she couldn't make. I mean she did to ask what I wanted. I also try to support black entrepreneurs, but this is what you get. No class. Never again!"
