"EDIT: so customer service did respond to my second email and said I could come in for the extra inch or so off; and I was able to do that a few days ago, which I really appreciate! Tia helped me and did what I asked. Appreciate it! ORIGINAL REVIEW: On Saturday, 9/16, I visited this location for the first time looking for a trim of about 2 inches, which I made clear and repeated to my stylist multiple times; however, as another reviewer noted, she was dismissive and despite me not asking for her input, thought it would be "too short" the way I wanted it and only cut about an inch or maybe even less off. I left disappointed and feeling like I'd just wasted my money and wasn't being listened to at all; I knew what I wanted, and it sucks that when I got home and looked in the mirror, it looked like I hadn't gotten my hair cut at all. I emailed GreatClips customer service about my experience shortly after it happened but they never got back to me, even though I just wanted either a refund or to come back in and have someone actually cut it to the length I had wanted. Overall, I left sad and frustrated and probably won't use GreatClips again."
