"I attempted to rent a loft there Jess replied by text I went to see the place myself then we agreed on a date to meet to do the lease which she rescheduled a week later without a future date red flag there. After I texted her about a future date she said she now wanted to meet on the Eastside although I was renting a location on the west side of Orlando seemed strange. A few days later now I was being informed that someone else wanted rent that loft which she wasn't aware of some how, so then I ask about renting in another location of theirs but she didn't know the square footage or rental price she claimed which I thought was very strange in my opinion, I was quoted a $500 nonrefundable deposit, weekly payment $285 for the first loft, or $350 if I wanted move to another location on sandlake she told me later that's how that went wasted my time respectfully."
