Color Me Hair Studio

"I hate to give this place a one star because the hair coloring was decent the first time I went. But... I called the day before my second appointment to cancel because I was so sick (turned out to be Covid) they told me the would have to charge me $25 even tho I was canceling to keep everyone else safe. I could Have just come in but that's not what we were instructed to do by the government! I was going to reschedule and likely come once a month but because of the $25 I will not return. Not to be spiteful, I just worry about catching something. Are the hairdressers encouraged to come in while sick? I'm sure there are customers who have gone to their appointments even while feeling under the weat to not waste money. We live in a community with a high percentage of retirees. Sickness is a serious thing for the elderly. I won't do business with them. Times have changed and this policy just doesn't work anymore!"
