"My experience with Harish Kasetty for CO2 laser treatment was less than satisfactory. while the initial Face Fillers went well, the recommendation for CO2 laser left much to be desired. Mr. Kasetty, performed a painless trial on my hand, which, unbeknownst to me, was at the lowest machine setting. when the CO2 laser procedure was carried out on my face, the pain was excruciating, and I received no post treatment, care or products. Despite assurances that it would feel like a sunburn, the agony was unbearable, prompting me to seek help within two days. unfortunately, the emergency line provided by Advanced Dermatology was not available, leading me to consult my health insurance’s Teladoc for relief. I endured severe discomfort for about a week, ignorant of the intensity of the procedure. Conversations with others who underwent similar treatment revealed they were given sedatives or anesthesia, leaving me perplexed about the lack of such considerations in my case. Contacting Advanced Dermatology afterward provided little solace, as the office manager downplayed the severity of my condition, despite sending photos of my burnt neck and face. A subsequent call, a week later, resulted in a prescription for prednisone and another drug due to persistent swelling. Overall, my experience was distressing, and I hope others are spared from such an ordeal."

"I have been going to Advanced Dermatology for over 15 years and throughout those years have been treated for multiple skin cancers - two of them were Mohs surgery on my face. Dr. Moorhead did an excellent job and you cannot even notice where the surgeries were. It is amazing! My regular physician in the practice is Dr. Ramirez, who does my total body skin cancer exams and early skin cancer detection and treatment. I believe early skin cancer detection is very important, especially for those of us who live in Florida since most are outside a lot, I'm not. The practice also provides treatment for other skin conditions. The entire staff at Advanced Dermatology is always friendly and helpful and I highly recommend their practice for all of your skin care needs."
