"Unfortunately such a bad experience. Called to see if they had a medication in stock they explained they could not tell me over the phone to come in and they would see if they had in stock. I went to the location to ask if they had the medication in stock like the lady said on the phone and they explained I needed the prescription in hand. Of course it's a hassle when having a medication since somewhere and there's no stock of that medication So then I have to resend it to a different pharmacy. What a nuisance lots of attitude from the two women behind the counter I was nothing but nice and did exactly what they asked. Just trying to get my kids medication. I shop at my Walgreens at home and have never had a problem with my Walgreens next to Duke hospital so far busier, so grateful I don't live here. Hopefully they were just having a bad day. It happens."
"Pharmacy aas slow Wanted to buy 2 things at front after that. 2 people in line. 8 olsters came behind me. One slow cashier. Waited 5 min in line and had to leave. Get more csshiers3"
"Waited almost 10 minutes in line holding my FedEx package, only to be told by the single cashier that I have to go to the photo department. Well headed to the photo department I guess the photo representative was on his way to the front counter to start ringing people out. So I waited in line my turn and was told to go somewhere else and then he's not even available instead he's back where I just was ringing up customers. Not only that but the Bell to ring for assistance have been taken from the counter so you couldn't even indicate that you were there needing help. Considering the cashiers were both occupied and now there was a line even longer than when I had begun and a small congregation was gathering near the photo section hoping to get some kind of help I simply left to do the business elsewhere."
