"Stopped in for a sweet treat and couldn't decide. The very fun and patient ladies suggested gelato with a shot of espresso! WOW! It was amazing!! I'm from Michigan and Can Not Wait to go back! It was honestly one of the best things I've ever tasted!!! They were so sweet to my grandchildren ☺ Great customer service!"

"Ciao Gelato is the perfect name, because I won't be returning. I stopped by with my significant other to get a scoop of Gelato, but they informed me they could not sell me just one scoop. Okay, maybe this is a restriction with their pricing? So I say I'll do two scoops, but in a separate container because she's lactose intolerant. I was informed they could not scoop a second scoop into a separate cup and would have to charge us for 4 scoops. Really? I'd have paid a small amount more for the cup if they were hurting that much. But this is just terrible business. We walked out. I tried working with them and would be willing to pay for a upcharge on a single scoop in a waffle cone, or literally any of the multiple solutions. I've got to chalk this up to terrible management if the employee feels like they have to charge me twice for a scoop in a separate cup. Ridiculous. A terrible impression of Venice."
