"What a delightful time we had at Prime Steakhouse in Venice last night. It was my birthday and Krissy, our waitress, made it so special. From her educational description of the specials (complete with pictures) to her providing everything we needed and anticipating everything we wanted , it was such a fun night. She even gifted me with a birthday surprise! We can't wait to return and will definitely bring lots of friends. Krissy is a gem and deserves a raise!"
