"Your staff here are very helpful & cordial. ( I think they could use a raise)! Anytime I visit, I stop by & always have questions & your staff answers with respect & courtesy. Sometimes even showing me where u have items on the shelves or checking stock, if possible. Keep these awesome staff! Thanks"

"Nice, for a Family Dollar store. Newer, and thusly still clean and pristine looking. They seemed a little cluttered but maybe that was just in my head, some skewed perception or something. Cheap cigarettes here. A pack of 305's cigarettes costs $4.21 after tax."

"Entire store was empty , I'm assuming due to Hurricane, and remodeling but we walked in and the employees were sitting down in chairs behind the register as if they were enjoying the day at the beach in the sun. Like ano wonder the store looked like that. The blonde employee stated it had been 2 weeks since they even got a delivery from Family Dollar. Well if they had 2 entire weeks with no new inventory to place out ect. Then there should have been NO excuse that the store was a hot mess like it was. Even if they are waiting on new inventory, they could have been organizing all the items that were against the wall in grey bins... But instead of doing anything at all, they were relaxing in beach lounge chairs behind the register. I'm not mad about it.. lol I just find it amazing that corporate is okay with that. To each his own I guess."

"Please hire new employees!!!! if it’s not the one with her kids behind the counter playing, it’s the one who works on the isle sees a line but doesn’t help or the one that has her music playing on her phone while checking out, lets not forget everyone is at the back of the store when your ready to checkout. My Last time goin is today i would rather drive further for better service. Floor always a mess Boxes always everywhere, for some reason all the girls have an attitude...... like why?"

"The cashier was friendly & helpful, but it appeared he was the only one in the store. The shoe shelves were a mess. I finally gave up trying to find my Gson a pair and went elsewhere. And since the store opened, the outside area always has a lot of trash. Westside has enough negative issues to deal with, we need everyone to take pride in their own space!!"
