"Easily one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had in my life. I was treated like a child for going down an aisle that was apparently closed to customers (only one side had a chain up and I didnt notice it because the side I came in on was open). I tried to explain to the employee that I didn't touch anything but he wasn't hearing it. We exchanged words. I even challenged to see the security cameras to prove my point but he walked away as if I wasn't even talking. I left immediately out of pure anger. I came back after calming down (and after a polarizingly pleasant experience at Home Depot down the road) to speak to a manager. Apparently the employee IS the manager AND actually the store owner. Unfortunate, and apparently, based on these reviews (and his responses), this isnt uncommon. Customer service is lost on this entire team. To add insult to injury, a friend of mine went in soon after I left the 2nd time - just to see what would happen to her. She was asked by the other employee if she needed help multiple times and was followed around the store(yes... yes she is black). The owner eventually saw her, failed to verbally acknowledge her, but when he saw the gentleman behind her who had just arrived after her (and who happened to be a caucasian male), his respect switch turned on all of a sudden - towards the man. I understand having issues with theft and I understand frustrations with being short staffed. But don't project your issues and frustrations on people who have nothing to do with your lack of ability to adequately manage your own store. I live in the area and would come here to pick up things here and there. I will never shop here again and I caution anyone from expecting any type of decency and respect during their shopping experience."

I was informed outside by one of their customers doing a refund that tractor supply is much cheaper and workers are much nicer and that’s where they are heading . which is two minutes up the street on Normandy."
