"Chris went above and beyond helping me with all the various options and questions I had. They got my tub delivered and installed very quickly as I had out of town guests coming for the holidays. Ongoing support with ph levels etc.. has been excellent also. See pic of my daughter, her boyfriend, and my nephew."
"What a wonderful Business with a Great product. We have had our Hot Spring tub for 19n years and couldn’t be happier with this product. We recently had to hav e some service done and Royce did a wonderful job in a timely manner and was Great at communicating with us. We would definitely use Spas Etc again."
"We purchased the Vanguard spa back in March 2023. We had it installed in September 2023. The purchase experience was good. Sales people were good and help answer our questions. My wife and I have always wanted a spa for many years and just could never afford it. We decided now was the time. My biggest fear about purchasing a spa was how to maintain it. The sales guy said “we can help and train”. During the install the guys were very friendly. As he was telling me what he was doing I was taking notes. Since the install haven’t heard peep from anyone from HotSprings regarding how we like our new spa and if we had any questions. Frustrated…. I had to watch a lot of YouTube videos on maintenance and adding chemicals. I had to take a water sample up to the pool store and they showed me what to add and how to add it. Purchased chemicals they requested and got the spa back to awesome. I feel when you spend the amount of money we did on this spa it should come with some follow up. I have called the HotSprings store in the past during business hours listed on the website and no one picks up or returned my call. I’m glad I have the pool store close by for advice and chemicals. After buyers remorse since the install of the spa and now getting a little more comfortable with it my wife and I are glad we purchased it. I use it every night to help with back pain and now sleep very well. The nights I don’t use it I can tell. The HotSpring Spa is the best on the market but the service after the sales needs improved. * Updated my review 1/7/24: since posting the first review several associates from HotSpring reached out and helped me with hands on training with my spa. I now feel very confident with the spa maintenance and so far the spa has been looking great with NO issues. Chris from HotSprings at the Blanding Blvd location has been awesome and is super knowledgeable about spa care. With his advice my spa has been looking great! Thanks Chris for all your help!"
"I bought my swim spa 3 years ago and love it!! I use it daily for light exercise, stretching, relaxing and body ache therapy. The team at Spas Etc is fabulous…From day one including delivery, they are so professional and service oriented. The spa is so easy to maintain it’s incredible. Couldn’t live without out it."
"As Dissatisfied customers, we have been waiting for Anthony to get back to us to make things right. We have heard nothing from him so feel we have an obligation to leave our story in hopes others will be wary of purchases with Spas Ect. On Blanding Blvd. *No Returns - no matter how dissatisfied you are. Promises not kept, conflicting information from front office, lack of communication and condescending/combative attitude from owner(Anthony). At first they seemed to want to work with us - came to our house etc. but when the tub failed to live up to the hype Anthony became combative, condescending and got amnesia about why we were disappointed in the tubs performance - suddenly he couldn’t be bothered with us for weeks and weeks at a time. We purchased the Hot Spring Envoy (top model) with freshwater salt system for $20,000 on 5/16, delivered 7/1. After weekly contact with the front office to address temp and water quality issues we initiated return email on 8/2 which is when Anthony got involved. The rest of the story follows. *The purchase price included items that were not needed on delivery. Instead of a monetary reimbursement, we were given chemicals and supplies needed for the salt system. *The salt system never worked as promised/described - consistent “High phosphates”(catchall phrase for all problems) made water yellow and cloudy and foamy all the time. Needed to be a chemist to control daily even though we are only 2 people that get in it 2-3 times a week MAYBE. *We paid over $600 for the salt system which required considerably more maintenance than was represented at the time of sale. *The Freshwater salt system was eventually replaced with an Ozone system. Why? Ironically the answer given to us was that it is a simpler system requiring less maintenance and chemicals. A complete contradiction in light of paying more for the the freshwater salt system. We were given ZERO reimbursement. We are now stuck with $700 of salt water cartridges which we can’t use and a $600 salt system that they won’t take back. *We were quoted a much lower yearly supply cost than our current chlorine Jacuzzi which we have had for 15 years - FALSE. *with the Temperature (set at 102) the spa consistently went up to 110+. The spa is not in direct sun and the cover was left open. The explanation given was that the HotSprings tubs are very well insulated (another catchall phrase) and Florida is a hot climate. Owner(Anthony) blamed us for running the clean cycle too often! (Which we were told to do by his front office to clear up the water quality issues). This issue is resolved now we believe due to lifting the tub to level it which has created airflow underneath it. But no one can give us a straight answer. *jets blow so hard you cant stay in the seat long enough to enjoy the massage. Anthony promised us a weighted belt to help but then told us to go buy it ourselves elsewhere. * I give 2 stars only because once you get passed ALL the service issues…. The hot tub is nice on cold days but still a $20,000 bad memory."
