"Out of stock of the items I use regularly and should be in stock. Horrendously long line and closed cash registers. Never enough people working."
"As of the week of Oct 21, 2023, the location has moved to a new location and this new one has a lot more room. Parking is no longer an issue. The Hopefully over time they will fill out the new location as of the time of writing it seems to be only half stocked but looking forward to seeing how this works out."
"I would give 0 stars if that was possible. I purchased a Winchester 20 gun safe from the Tractor Supply at 1455 Blanding Blvd in Orange Park on 8/26/23 because they were on sale for $100 off. I borrowed a truck, and trailer and got the help of a friend (because I am a wounded vet, amputee) to pick up the safe (over 300lbs) from the store to avoid paying a SIZABLE delivery fee. Upon unloading the safe from the trailer and unwrapping it in my driveway cockroaches began POURING out from the packaging and safe…large and small, going in all directions, running into my garage. I also saw the upper corner and side of the safe were damaged, the manual and keys were missing, and they keypad was pulled off the front. I called the store and spoke with a manager (John) right away to request help with the safe and they assured me they would get it picked up and have it taken care of TODAY. This started at 11am. I received ONE call back from the manager (John) and was told he would be contacting the delivery driver to schedule a pickup of the safe TODAY as I did not want to welcome a roach infestation into my home or garage by storing it there. It sat in my driveway all day and after 5 or 6 times of ME calling back, I was put on with a different manager (Michelle) - because John was on break. She was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing HER by asking for follow through on what I was TOLD by the other manager this morning. She said she was going to “do me a favor” and charge me only $175 for the removal of the damaged, roach infested safe, and delivery of another ALSO slightly damaged safe. To be clear I did NOT ask for the other safe to be delivered, I’d be happy to pick up the exchange another day but I am unable to do that today. I said no I don’t want to pay $175 and she said “then you need to figure out how to get the safe back we have a 30 day return policy.” It was NOT easy to arrange the pickup of this safe, much less trying to get it back in the same day without my own truck, trailer, or ABLE BODY. I’m absolutely APPALLED at the way they have treated me during this situation. Michelle called me back around 6PM and said she spoke with store manager Ed Williams (who we were previously told was unavailable) and that the safe would be picked up the next day. Sunday came and went with no pickup. Now we have a hurricane coming and the safe is STILL outside. I’ve called customer complaint line and they have assured me they are “working on the issue” but I just wanted to write this review publicly so that maybe people with think twice or at least REQUIRE this store location to open and check their products before leaving with them. They told us the stocked safes are stored in a tent out back so I assume that is where the bud infestation came from. Michelle’s solution was “go to the store and buy some Raid”. It’s now 8/28 and we are still trying to resolve this issue. These are pictures of the roaches that I was able to kill, but HUNDREDS of them scattered."
