"I would love to give this store more than one star but we rented a love seat 4 or 5 months ago and we've yet to get it fixed, they have taken the loveseat twice and brought it back both times, still broke, they acted like they fixed it, but common sense says NOPE, we are not paying for a broken couch and I would advise people to stay away from the rent king in lake Wales unless you want to pay for broken stuff! They are NOT go liars! We marked the loveseat just to prove that they play games!"

"I have nothing but praise for the whole team. I came in the store on a Saturday to get beds. I explained to Maria that I needed what was in stock. She made sure that my things were delivered that day! On a side not, they came to the house and I was not home. They meet me back at my house at 5:55pm and they closed at 6:00. The whole store was at my house setting up beds, even the manager! That is exemplary customer service!!"
