"Jordan was such a big help. He told me what to look for and try and it worked out perfect. He has great customer service skills and is super Friendly. Thanks again Jordan"
"The management is the problem , I have heard first hand in the store ,how they treat the employees. The disrespect those kids have to stand to have a job. Also , The continued purchases, and my pool is not as he said it would be ! The manager. Does not know pool things . His father may but he’s just a son of a owner who likes control over customers and employees! I highly recommend you find a pinch a penny that represents Pinch a Penny ! With care , respect and most of all . Help With my pool !"
"Stay clear of this place. The owner came out and serviced my pool this morning. Back washed the whole nine yards. He put a note on my door to add water and left. About 20 minutes later, after a meeting, I noticed the pool pump was on but had lost suction because the water level was so low. I quickly turned off the pump and added water to the proper level. Checked my cameras and then notice he put the note on my door. I called the store to ask them if next time they would knock on the door instead of leaving a note. The guy at the store told me it was evaporation, not something they did. Immediately making excuses when he wasn't even out here. I have new sod next to my pool that I water multiple times a day by hand. I know for a fact the pool water was not low. After talking to the guy at the store, the owner then calls. He says the water was low when he arrived but the pool was working fine when he left. I explained the pool water level was fine last night, I literally check it every day. The owner then tells me he won't go back and forth about it and tells me he will refund my money and to find someone else. So the owner came to a pool he claimed was low from the get go and back washed it even lower? Then claimed the pool was working fine when he left. You can't make this stuff up folks. I get people are busy and stressed these days, but this is no way to run a business. Just avoid this place. I couldn't imagine having to deal with this place with a major problem."
"What a disappointment this company is. The dishonesty, lack of customer service and unprofessionalism is astounding. I have paid for the top of the line weekly service only to now have a green pool. It is green because they did not do the job that they were contracted to do. Instead of choosing to make it right, they chose to disregard the complaint with sniveling excuses. There are many pool companies out there. Should you choose this one, do so at your own risk."
"Helpful and courteous every time I go in. Spring of '16 I completely renovated the pool (my first major pool project.) Hurricane Mathew came through & trashed it. It's been a constant battle since last October to get it clean & clear and stay that way. I hired a pool guy to clean it this spring. Quoted me $300, 1/2 up front and the remainder when complete. After a month, he gave up and never asked for any more $. Said it was the most puzzling "clean out" he'd ever faced. Told me to drain it and refill it. After last years water bill. That was not a feasible option. I was contemplating on making it a Koi pond. Lol. It's an old & large scratch built 33k gal residential pool and with the staff at the St. John's location I've gotten it done. They are very informative on the most economical way to maintain it."
