"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit 2/8/2024 with this establishment. This was my second visit; my initial experience was satisfactory, which encouraged me to return. However, this time, the following issues occurred: 1. The technician, who seemed inexperienced, attempted to remove my nail polish incorrectly, despite my request for the appropriate method. 2. My pedicure was incomplete, as the technician moved to polish my nails without properly cleaning my feet. 3. Upon expressing my concerns, I was met with an unprofessional response from the individual at the front desk, suggesting I take my business elsewhere. 4. After inadvertently leaving my phone, I was compelled to pay $30 for the brief and unsatisfactory service to retrieve it. I felt humiliated by the treatment I received and the manner in which my feedback was handled."

"First and last time at this place. Called to see if they had time for 2 full sets and he said 30 minutes. We get there and he takes one of us makes one wait for the entire full set. Both of our sets came out lumpy and uneven lengths. Seems like they just learned to do nails a few months ago. Also the girlfriend behind the counter staring at customers looks unprofessional."

"Set up appointment for 4. A friend of mine and our daughters went. The girls had never had nails done before. The experience was way less them expected. I got regular manicure with nail polish no extension or anything as I had alot to do still that could break longer nails. I had my hands soaked for over 30 mins in a cold bowel of water . A small amount of dry nail bed clean up but no real cuticle treatment and they didn't even clean out from under nails or shape or file any. My daughter's nails look nothing like what she asked for. None are even or even smooth on top like dip powder should come out. I paid as much for mine and my daughters as my friend paid for hers and her daughters and they both got extensions and one dolip powder the other acrylic. I'm unsure how even with the nail art. I won't be going again."

"I've just recently started. Going there. It's super convenient for me living in Newberry. The salon is clean and well organized. Pricing is reasonable, and the service I received during my two trips there has been really great."

"I'm changing my original review. I came in today to give them a second chance and I had a much better experience! The woman who did my nails was amazing, and she was very upfront with me about the services. She did a great job, and I'll definitely be back now. They were even kind enough to let me bring in my service dog in training instead of leaving her in the car with my car running!"
