"I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Florida Pool Patio, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I met them, I was met with an atmosphere that was far from welcoming. First and foremost, the owner, Claudio, was nothing short of rude and abrasive. I had some questions about their pool and patio products, and instead of providing helpful information, Claudio seemed more interested in berating me for not being an expert in the field. His condescending tone and dismissive attitude made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a potential customer. Furthermore, the customer service throughout the visit was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested in assisting me, and it was clear that they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the task at hand. It took an excruciatingly long time to get any assistance, and when I finally did, it was clear that they had no interest in helping me make an informed decision about what to do. The quality of their products was also a major disappointment. The pool and patio furniture they showed appeared outdated and overpriced. It was evident that the company was more interested in making a quick buck than in providing customers with quality products that would stand the test of time. In conclusion, my experience with Florida Pool Patio was nothing short of a disaster. From the unpleasant demeanor of the owner, Claudio, to the lackluster customer service and subpar products, I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to look elsewhere.
