"If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out! My husband and I stopped in to get a quick ice cream fix, and I can say hands down, we had the BEST milkshake of our lives. We chose cookies and cream which tasted like a liquid Oreo. Half way home we debated going back as we no longer wanted to share just one. Make a quick stop, check it out. Your life isn’t complete until you’ve made a visit."
"Good Morning Wondermade We are winery owners, and we aimed to find a selection of marshmallows that would pair with our current offerings. Last night, 18 Nov 2023, we visited your store looking to find that selection. It was around 6 pm, and a set of immature young women were working behind the counter; they said come on in and look around; we also have free samples on the counter. We thanked them and started to browse. There was no one in the store other than myself, my wife, and our pairing selection team members. I found the area where the samples were provided; I saw them labeled in small Tupperware containers. I was there for quite a while, and no one offered to help me. This is where I made a mistake, which I apologized for. I opened a Cookie & cream and tried one, then did the same for the salted caramel. (I must have gotten the attention of the occupied teenagers). My wife asked how the marshmallows were when one of the teenage employees approached and scolded me for touching and rearranging the Tupperware containers. I apologized and explained that I did not know the sampling procedure, I have a vision impairment, and no one offered to help me. Another teenage employee began whispering to the other, telling her I had tasted the samples. I may not be able to see well, but my hearing is exceptional. IF SHE SAW I WAS INTERESTED, WHY DID SHE NOT HELP ME? Regardless, my wife then saw the 1x2 inch red folded paper with a printed label stating do not touch boxes. It is what happened next that was uncalled for, rude and embarrassing. Your teenage employee demanded that I leave the premises! I apologized, asked what I could do to make it right, and once again, she told me to go. Moral of the story. I will never assume that I will be welcomed in your store when I visit the City of Sanford. Nor will I ever consider buying your products for our winery & stocking our tasting rooms with your treats. My suggestion: If you continue to have your business staffed with teenagers, properly train them in customer service. If you want to avoid customers picking up the Tupperware of marshmallows so they can read them, put them behind the counters. If you allow sampling, ensure that your employees are attentive and proactive, and most importantly, don't insinuate that a customer is a thief for tasting the goods. It could cost you dearly in a civil lawsuit for defamation of character, wrongful accusation, discrimination of the visual handicap, and a list that I'm sure our legal team could assemble. My apology: Once again, I made a wrong choice to pick up what was in front of me to read it, more so to sample without demanding that some teenage employee take time out of their socializing with each other to help me. Good day and good luck."
"First visit today because the smell of fresh waffle cone drive us in. I order triple chocolate ice cream on a chocolate waffle cone and my husband order pineapple upside down cake ice cream on a chocolate waffle cone. Ice cream was okay I have had better but we really enjoyed the waffle cone! The service was great very helpful and friendly girls at the counter, the place is big so plenty space for people and enough chairs as well. They claim they do the ice cream and Marshmallows in house and they have a big menu on the s’mores department. Overall nice experience and okay pricing my next visit I’ll try the marshmallow to see if is better than the ice cream."
"We went in and got s'mores. The kids got to customize their marshmallow flavors which they loved. They also had a wise variety of ice cream, and other items to purchase"
"A unique shop that will leave your taste buds asking for another scoop. Unique favors, including vegan varieties. Freshly made marshmallows in wonderful crazy flavors. The prices are more than fair from the scoops that you get. There are cute shorts and sweatshirts as well. The vibe here is cool, you need to check it out."
