"Today was my first time visiting the Bonita Springs, FL FOE location, and the experience was horrible. I’m a member from a different FOE location and I have never felt so “out of place” in my life like I did in Bonita Springs. I’m Puerto Rican and my partner is Caucasian and we were able to enter the front door with our normal member card, as it worked to enter at this location. From the moment we walked in. It was all eyes on us like we were lost. Nobody greeted us with a “hi”, a “ smile”, or anything at all. Definitely no friendly vides whatsoever. We then sat in the middle of the inside bar, which was not busy at all and we literally sat there for a good 10 minutes to even get the bartenders attention, which was very very obvious he was doing anything and everything he could to not make eye contact with us or avoid approaching us to greet us and take our orders. I believe his name was “Jeff”. After multiple attempts to get Jeff’s attention, he finally came over and took our drink order. Us being first timers at this location, bartender never asked us if we were even FOE members at all or request our membership card. I’m not sure if my ethnicity had anything to do with the poor service we received, along with being seen as Casper the Ghost, non existent, but we were definitely disappointed with this clubs service. I must say in southwest Florida, Lehigh Acres and Naples FOE staff and people ROCK!!!…. They made me feel part of the club family since the first time I placed foot in their establishment. Bonita Springs, FL FOE needs to learn from your neighboring clubs."

"Bonita Springs FOE is the best. They have great live entertainment on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Also, Wednesdays is taco night and Fridays they have a good fish and shrimp night. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming!"

"Joined tonight been there a few times and realized it would be great to join. Had the fish and shrimp dinner tonight and it was great. Nice bunch of people we hope to get to know all of them."

"We visited the Bonita Springs Eagles Aerie today for the first time. We were warmly welcomed the minute we arrived & made to feel at home. Joann, the bartender, is so helpful & friendly. We stayed & I played bingo which was organized well & fun! We also had lunch about 12:45 which was real good. We will enjoy having this Eagles club so close to our winter rental."
