7-Eleven

"All the 7-11's here are owned by the same cheap person who won't repair these 7-11's. The AC here has had a temporary unit for years. The owner has turned off all latte machines at his stores because I guess they are too expensive to maintain. I went to 3 different ones nearby and ALL are off. I quit going to 7-11. The maintenance must be too much for this owner."

"Luis is the BEST!!!!! Only thing that would neake this 7-11 better is if they updated the store to have the Laredo taco or raise the roost chicken spot in side. But once again Luis is the man and he needs a raise. I do t care how much he gets paid but it's not enough."

"It says it is 24/7, but just went there at 12:20am. and was told it was closed. I asked isn't this 24/7 and the lady says yes but it is closed right now and there were about 6 cars that pulled in right after i did, not a good way to do business. Not only that, my wife was in there a few hours ago and the Spanish guy told her he gets off at 2a.m. just to let her know. Completely disrespectful place."

"It looks like a regular 7 eleven but what makes this one special is their members! Luis has being always great! at one point he memorized my orders! Thanks for making me feel welcome!"

"I arrived with my daughter to buy an ice cream, it clearly says 6.99 and they were charging me 7.49 for it with the tax saying 8.01. The point is not i couldn't pay, it's if you have a price you must validate it because .50 cents here and there makes a difference per customer. I spoke to the tall gentleman who works at night and he yelled at me, he told me if I wanted it, I would pay the price they were charging me, thats not walmart. that was very disrespectful in front of the others costumer. I don't buy there anymore. Terrible customer service I don't know how they have someone like that working. The point is if you buy something there check the price because they overcharge you."
