"Naomi is very very sweet and made me feel comfortable. However, I've been getting Brazilians for a while now and was looking for a place that's closer to me and went here. I do not recommend going here due to improper waxing application which made the wax more painful. (I'm a retired cosmetologist) Wax temperature was not checked and my skin was STRIPPED in 3 different spots which has never happened to me before. Wax machines were not clean as well. My hair is growing completely uneven now after one week. Like I said Naomi was very kind but the service was done improperly and left with stripped skin and want others to be aware."
