"It's been about a year since my appointment and I wasn't going to do anything about my experience here but after talking to some people and reading some of the lower star reviews, I realize it's better to speak up... otherwise, it'll just keep happening. I saw Dr. Reed for some out of control hormonal acne. I've never had acne before and I'm positive I know why I all of the sudden got it but she didn't seem to care that much to hear me out or what to know what products I'm using that may be making it worse (my own research made me realize I was btw)... she seemed irritated and never came near me and was very far away from me the entire appointment. I was very confused on how to use some of the products she prescribed and thankfully Dan (Pharmacist at the CVS pharmacy across the street) was helpful and told me how to use it, otherwise I'd have to Google it cause I didn't feel comfortable calling them to ask how or to even ask at the moment. The whole appointment made me uncomfortable as soon as she came in. The nurses/techs and front staff were very nice btw! Since I've never had acne before, I was extremely insecure about it and after my appointment I felt even worse. Like, even the dermatologist didn't want to come near me!?! I left the appointment and called my S/O and after they asked how the appointment was, I immediately started crying. I cried for the rest of the day and my self esteem was extremely low for a long time. I'm getting insurance again soon and I was going to give them another shot but with Dr. Branch this time, but I just don't think it will be worth the mental hassle of feeling like a piece of trash again. I'll definitely be going somewhere else. It's not cool to treat people who are coming to you for help like they aren't worth your breath. Thanks for the self esteem issues! :)"

"This was the worst experience my son and I have ever had with a dermatologist. Dr. Reed made us both feel incredibly uncomfortable and like it was a burden for her to be seeing us. She was unprofessional, tried to push the extreme route on us, offered us little explanation, wrote my son prescriptions with no directions, and made up her own interpretation of our conversations on her doctors notes. I contacted the office about 5 minutes after we left to to voice my concerns and never received a call back. I finally called them about 2 weeks later and was promised a call back from Dr. Branch. It has been 3 weeks and he still has not called me. What a disappointment."
