"I went to urgent care for a burnt tongue and Thrush from My buskers and antibiotic. I was in a level 7 pain . My tongue completely raw. I have not ate in over a week except for soups. I was greeted by a nurse and he grilled me on what my conditions were and why I thought they were that. I said That I looked up the symptoms on the internet. That I believed I had Thrush and a 3rd degree burnt tongue. Then He asked why I waited 6 months to see a Dr. He grilled me intently. I said I have been traveling for 6 Months. He took my BP by machine and it quit. He used his personal stethoscope on me and said 188 over 106. I felt as if I was wasting His time and I apologized to Him . He leaves and in walks the PA she is wearing a shirt and very tight blue jeans. And she rested against the counter. I told Her my symptoms and said “ I can fix both” and left. I was wanting to know what degree the burn was as I had blisters on my tongue. So I waited for Her to return Then a young HA appears with my prescriptions for magic mouth wash and a anti fungal and said do I have any questions. After 3 days the magic mouth wash was gone it was only 60ml. I called 2 times already practically begging for a refill on the Magic mouth wash and as of 12:24 no return calls or texts. I was totally put off by the whole experience. And will not return."

"I was treated like a leper. The nurse practitioner or p.a. wore a mask and I heard not a word. Nothing! I asked her if I stood outside the door more than 6 feet from her would she pull her mask outward like this nurse does for the senior hard of hearing? She said no. I experienced senior discrimination and verbal abuse. The nurses were cold and mean. I have been a patient of Ascension in Pensacola. This is not the good care I received in Pensa.They looked at my would on my arm and said they could not help me. I said isn't this urgent care? They said they 'do no treat rashes'. I will not pay. If you don't access my record and delete the payment I will blog blog blog. I got NO care whatsoever. Not even a cream for the rash. There's a reason it has a 2.5 review. Why don't you do something?! The lobby had absolutely no patients. They had many employees all joking around and on their phones. What are they doing in that extra large place? This is exactly what a drug cartel place is like. Empty cold no service no help. Just a get out of here fast attitude."
