One thing I noticed which was cool, the store was closing (closes at 6pm, it was maybe 6:02pm at this point), a customer walked in wanting a haircut, an employee said they were closed but still took the customer for a haircut. "I got a cut by Brittany, who did a great job. Before leaving, I asked about getting my color redone with highlights (another day since it was close to closing time) she recommended Tanya. I called the next day and made an appointment. When I arrived, she was in the middle of a cut but acknowledged me and told me she would be with me in a few minutes. When I went back to her seat, she asked what I was wanting and really listened to what I wanted. Tanya examined my hair and double-checked with the test strands to make sure that she had the right color. She had so much fun while doing my hair it made me feel comfortable and excited about it. When she finished, I was smiling so big because she made my hair look better than I had imagined. She nailed all the details of the look to a T. I can't say enough about the two stylists who work wonders on my hair!"
