"This shop has very poor customer service. I came into the shop and was told I had a ten minute wait time. After 15 minutes of waiting someone different told me that it would be an additional 30 minutes. I told them I couldn’t wait and I’ll be back the next day. The next day I called to see if the hours changed due to the holidays they said no that they were gonna be open til 7. I arrive at 5:30 just for them to tell me they are closing early due to the holidays and said they couldn’t service me."

"I went here for the first time last year because my mom bought me a gift certificate from who she thought I normally went to. I’m so glad her friend told her the wrong place! I loved them at the old location, and I love going here at the new location. They are so friendly and do a great job! I knew from the first visit I would be back. The friendly way the husband and wife team (owners I believe ) were cutting up with a long time customer just made me feel relaxed. I don’t live here, but when I get my nails done, and am in town, I wouldn’t go anywhere else."

"A forever customer! I’ve been going to Hannah for a lonnnng time (years) and I’ve always enjoyed my time at the shop. It’s always smiles and laughter. No matter the occasion she always comes through. I come in, sit, and leave with beautiful nails. I rarely know what I want but I’m never disappointed."

"I tried this place on a whim. I needed my nails done fast for the holidays and I came right after work as a walk in. No long wait. Nails were done beautifully just as I asked ! They definitely gained a forever customer today. Will be returning. Nancy did my nails this go-round. Awesome job. The environment is soooo positive. Everyone was nice. Side note: I got my nails done in a matte finish."
