"I came in Tuesday to ask advice about what is happening with my sister’s pool. One gentleman was ringing up a customer he seemed very polite and a tall bald gentleman was on the phone and I found another gentleman on his cell phone so I went to him to ask my question. I think his name was Kevin who offered me no advice and told me he had no idea’s on the issue. Kevin then walked away with his cellphone in his face. Not Impressed with him. I was about to leave and the tall bald guy came over asked me if he could help me and was very friendly and nice. He listened to the problem and gave me ideas of how to handle the problem. I think his name was Drew .He made me feel appreciated as a customer in the store. That gentleman was very professional and polite. Thank you"

"Needed a new pool company after my previous company let my pool get to a point where my pool was blackish green. I went to Pitch a Penny and was told that they wouldn’t service it until I got it cleaned up. I wasn’t happy that I had to do it and they looked at the pictures and said $300.00. I said fine, why didn’t you say that in the beginning. They then told me to forget it because they didn’t like my attitude. The Pool Dr totally understood what I needed and are taking care of me. "Old guy was rude as heck- wanted to check out this store- usually go to Leslie’s Pool supplies- guy told me I probably don’t understand pH- and was very condescending a total jerk-not sure if it was because I’m a woman but it sure seemed like it with the way he was talking to me. I will never go back there- Leslie pool supplies was able to help me with exactly what I needed and it is only half a mile away from this horrible place. -"
