This is a family owned and operated gym and has everything and more for every athlete or demographic with 24/7 access and multiple locations. They also offer classes, nutrition plans, and personalized training with CrossFit, Olympic lifting, etc. are kid friendly and best of all it won’t break the bank! Hope to see you around."

"I am a new member at the gym. I have to say the gym is great. It’s always clean, especially the locker rooms. Has great amenities. Weights are always stacked and clean. The 24hr access with Bluetooth entry is absolutely great."

"This place is exactly what I needed! It’s big and clean and has all the equipment I need in a gym. I love that they have tons of mirrors and space to do different activities. I feel safe with the keypad lock especially with it being open 24/7. The staff is beyond amazing!! It’s worth the drive over the bridge from Fort Myers. I miss the Hammerhead on FMB and always will but this is a great upgrade!"
