"Just left this location and will not be returning. The most unhelpful staff I have ever met. Went to have water tested, not sure if it even done correctly. No one offered to go over the results, even after I said it was our first time there. Had to locate the products I wanted with no assistance. The three staff members we interacted with need customer service training. Very disappointing because this location is very close by, but will definitely be taking our business elsewhere."

"Unfriendly staff, unwilling to help, would not let me fill my own tank. Tried to charge me $3.50 a gallon unless I bought more than 100 at a time. Go to Ameritech or HornerXpress instead. Real review right here."

"I was in the store last week for the first time. The staff was very attentive & educated this new pool owner. I read an earlier review about staff discrimination against Hispanics. From what I witnessed nothing could be further from the truth. A Hispanic family came in while I was there & the staff spoke Spanish & they were in & out faster than I was but I wasn't in a hurry. GREAT staff & I'll be back."

"They were very helpful. Update - I had to get a new pool pump and wanted to add the the installer / owner is really a great to work with. Even with the new pool pump I had issues with the pool priming and he worked for hours to find the causes (unrelated to the new pump) without having to replumb all the valves. Everything is working great now. Added note ...the review that says they are racist is a bunch of nonsense from an ex-employee . The staff is very diverse so that statement could not be further from the truth Highly recommended for your pool needs ! ***Update - after 2 months of a variable speed pool pump seeing a drop of around $200 a month on electric bill !"

"I was in the market for a new grill and went to visit this store to learn more about my options with the "egg" style bar b que grills as they sell both the green egg and kamado joe. After speaking with the staff on multiple occasions and many hours, we decided on the Kamado Joe. I could not be happier with the purchase; it fits my needs and was a great purchase. The grill is now one year old, and it is used no less than 6 times a month. I have also tried multiple brands of charcoal and in my opinion, the Kamado Joe brand is by far the best. This store sells the charcoal at $5 dollars cheaper than online resources. In addition, they have all the accessories to increase functionality of the grill. We have made pizza to rotisseries on this grill and all come out amazing. Thank You all for such a great purchase"
