"When my new hot tub started to leak soon after we installed it, Florida Leisure Pool & Spa was selected to address the issue. They contacted me the next day after they were assigned this task. Customer Service couldn’t have been better. Bionca K confirmed my information and scheduled Ed to visit me. Ed arrived at the appointment time and quickly got to work. Super nice dude. After about an hour of checking different things, he discovered a hose that wasn’t properly installed but it also meant I needed a new part. The part was ordered and to my surprise it arrived the next day. Working with Bionca again, Ed was scheduled to return to install the part. Ed arrived at the designated time and had the part installed and ready to test quickly. Everything seemed to be working correctly but we decided to give it a week before filling back insulation and signing off on the repair. A week passed with my wife and I using the hot tub with no concerns. No leaks. No other problems. Once again, Ed returned to complete the work and it was done. What could have been a very frustrating experience turned out to be easy peazy. Obviously, the skills at which Bionca and Ed performed their roles were performed beautifully, but the professionalism and attitude were exceptional. (I called Bionca a lot about scheduling and she always treated me with a smiling voice)"

"We’ve had Florida Leisure Pool & Spa routinely maintain and service our pool for many years and have always been pleased with their service and punctuality. Their weekly pool service has kept our un-screened pool clear of debris and crystal clear year around. And with maintenance, they are very proactive in suggesting repairers/replacement of filtration system components, very responsive with their repairs/replacements, and very reasonably priced. Another thing I appreciate about Florida Leisure Pool & Spa is their open line of communication. We receive a text/email weekly informing us that the service technician is on his way, and a follow-up to that with a brief report of what was done, including recommendations for necessary maintenance items. Also, if I have questions or an issue to discuss, they are always available, responsive, and pleasant to deal with. We couldn’t ask for more. John Koogler"

"Had used their pool cleaning service for about a year now. Over the last 4 months or so, we have been increasingly displeased with their work. They would move our pool furniture to cut through the yard and not put it back. They would spend only 5 minutes there some times and I would come out the same day to find the skimmer basket still full of leaves and the pool still dirty. They told us in the beginning they would take care of our hot tub as well, and then magically after we started using their service- they said they don't service hot tubs. I called to complain about the price of the service they were providing and they lowered my payment by $20. Then 2 months later, they send out an email increasing the service by 10% for "industry wide materials shortage, fuel surcharges and international events" which would have brought my cast right back up to the price I was paying before I complained. I called to cancel the service. They didn't even ask why or seem bothered one bit that they were losing a customer. I paid for all of February so they were to continue service through the end of the month with the 28th being our last service. My new company had warned me that other pool companies tend to stop coming after you cancel with them and gave me a heads up incase they did that to me. I didn't believe him that a company would do that, but sure enough they didn't show for their final service and even the service they did the week prior left the pool in horrible condition. The new company rushed out to take care of my pool for me when I let him know Florida Leisure didn't show and how bad the pool looked. FLORIDA LEISURE LEFT MY POOL WITH NO CHLORINE IN IT!!!!! They let let it turn green and get to a PH of 12.2, which is close to double what it should be. That is completely despicable and unprofessional. UPDATE: the owner did call me and listened to all my grievances, even more than I listed here in this review. I appreciate the call and the conversation but at the end of the day it’s too little too late. They missed 3 opportunities to make it right when I called to complain about the price for the service provided, called to cancel their service and called demanding a refund when they did not show for service. He only called after my negative review hit Google. I hope that he does take my notes about how I have been treated when I called and spoke to his team and make necessary changes so that other current and future customers are treated better. Proceed with caution unless you enjoy being one of the masses and hope that if you are ever displeased with their service, that they will treat you with kindness and concern rather than a bother like I was."
