"No service after the sale! We had helmer install all new equipment on are pool. Shortly after we started having problems with the salt cell and actuators that helmer installed. When we call him to repair or replace the part that are still under warranty. He was very hard to get in touch with and when we did he said he would come and never did. We finally hired another company to replace the parts, it cost us 2000.00 to replace parts that should have been covered under warranty by helmer. Very poor business."

"He built a beautiful pool and hot tub with waterfall and deck jets for us. He was able to help us get the pool we wanted within a budget we wanted. A few of his subs had issues, however Helmer always came through to fix anything and make it right quickly and efficiently. He makes the customer happy. He even at no fault to him after his time of warranty up couple years later came out switched out pump that went bad. Now thays a great contractor with integrity. He does great quality work and fast. Highly recommend this company for building your pool hot tubs."
