"I love Sam’s overall but they need to step it up with their pickup service. I’m usually waiting 20-30 minutes. Maybe just get more people on it. It’s too long to wait when other stores are out within 10 minutes. I could have gone in and got everything I needed and been out already. Order is already prepared so the speed at which they bring stuff out is very slow."

"Sam's Club is great. Stepping into Sam's is like being transported back two or three decades where Sam's Club is laid out exactly the same and only the products have slightly changed. It's oddly comforting. The same employees wearing the same uniforms are all still there handing out samples throughout the store. Only now, you check yourself out at the register. Might as well since the receipt guy with the highlighter is going to stop you on your way out."
"Got an eye exam at Sam's today and it's the best I have seen in 39 years. And then when I was leaving I seen a backpack that was my #1 go to brand of backpack. And I'm a full time college student and was needing one bad. So I bought it and will have to say that today was a good day!"
