"I came here and there was only one barista working at the front counter, taking orders and making drinks. Please hire more people this isn’t fair."

"Not sure if the cashier barista thought I was speaking a whole different language but when I went up to order she went “HUH?!!!” With the rudest and unprofessional look on her face…. Other barista further away heard me just fine…. And repeated my order.The rest of the experience with the order was just straight attitude from the cashier. Probably won’t go back to this target in general. The other barista making the drink was friendly and quick."

"Convinced my boyfriend to stop at target to buy battery's so I could get us breakfast at Starbucks. He was done with his purchase before I was done ordering and we waited. Instead we watched everyone that was in front of us get messed up orders and attitude from staff and after about 10 minutes we got our drinks which were made fine but not only did they not start our food they had also forgotten out order. We didn't ask for a receipt back and so they wanted to give us a refund for a muffin when we ordered 2 sandwiches. The staff started fighting amongst themselves and handled the food with their bare hands and basically working very aggressively. I understand that the service industry is hard because I've worked it but this was insanely uncomfortable and ruined our morning. I asked to go to Starbucks and we got the McDonald's treatment."

"It was my birthday and they did not give me my free drink. They said I had to download the app but there was no wifi. I have gotten it overwritten in past years, even at target, if I provided my ID to show it was my bday. I’d understand if the place was busy but there was no line at that time. No surprise this location has a bad rating. Very disappointed."
