"I always go to this location. Everyone there is so efficient, and usually very friendly. My order was quick and the drinks were tasty. You can tell they are experienced employees, with a special mention to the young man with dreads - he moves like lightning, knows his stuff and things always seem to move smoothly when he's there. "Just left here. Did a drive through order. Had a young lady with curly hair help me. I had just picked up my sick son from school and he was in the passenger seat napping. I was getting my first thing to eat for the day, and she was very kind and showed an act of kindness for him as well. He had a rough day, so this little moment meant a lot! Thanks to the young lady, she needs a raise!"
"Ordered 4 items in drive thru after long back to school shopping day. Paid $23. (And left a tip.) Both the items I ordered were incorrectly prepared. (Ice in the Nitrobrew & wrong Egg White Bites.) Didn’t realize wrong food until I drove away. Waited 30 mins in drive thru & cashier argued about the ice, didn’t realize wrong bites till I drove away. Not thrilled, next time will just go to mall Starbucks."
