"It is always the same when I go hear. The workers are slow both physically and cognitively; they aren't very intelligent. Despite the ingredients being on the cup, this leads to them repeatedly messing up beverages. No, I'm not exaggerating; this is just how they are, at least in contrast to the staff at other Starbucks shops. This is a place to go if you just want a basic drink. such as basic frappes, lemonade, black coffee, or any other refresher. You won't be as happy as you would be at other places once you start indulging in the shaken espressos, caramel macchiatos, white chocolate mochas, seasonal cocktails, etc."

"I’ve been drinking a Venti Pumpkin Spice Cream Chai Latte with oat milk with 1 pump of brown sugar & 2 pumps of vanilla for the last 2 weeks …DAILY….since being introduced to it by a friend. Some How The Person who made this drink At this location managed to make me NOT want another. It was just not good. I stopped when i realized it wasn’t gonna get better….. I don’t know if I should be upset or happy cause she took my addiction away. & I’ve had it at different locations… this was the only one that got it wrong."

"every time I go hear it’s the same experience. The employees aren’t too bright- they’re mentally and physically slow. This causes them to mess up drinks multiple times despite the ingredients being on the cup. No I’m not over exaggerating this is just what they are like-at least when comparing these employees to other Starbucks locations. I recommend going here if you are getting a simple drink. Like black coffee, lemonade, any refresher, simple frappes etc. Once you start getting into the white chocolate mochas, caramel macchiatos, shaken espressos, seasonal drinks, etc. you won’t be as satisfied as other locations."

"They really don’t know how to make drinks at this location. I asked for extra ice they gave me no ice. I ask for oat milk they put whole milk. They sure know how to ruin a morning…. I’m really mad I have an iced drink with like 3 pieces of ice floating at the top"
