"I went here for a double expresso per usual, and they waited until I got to the window after about 15 minutes to say the machine is not working! I know things happen, but please tell me as I come up to the drive-thru to place my order that it doesn't work. I would have ordered a small coffee, but by the time I got to the window, I was expecting my double expresso! The lady at the window was nice, but the drive-thru should be a quick and painless process. This was NOT quick! I left with nothing at all!"

"The drive through line is deceiving. Don't go by what it looks like. They take your order then make you pull around to the side of the building. Trying to make their drive through time look awesome to corporate. This is ridiculous. Will not come to this location anymore"

"I bought a 20 ounce tumbler mug for the 99 cents refills ,but no one at this franchise accepts that deal. One manager said i have to pay for a small iced tea ,the they'll fill it up. Another manager told me ,i buy a small iced tea and pour it in. I'm sorry i bought the tumbler now ,because it's not a bargain and a hassle getting anyone to fill it up for the price of a small iced tea."

"Good for a quick bite when on-the-go. The food slightly picks up the hint of aerosol or surface cleaner, which somewhat lingers in the air, and I presume is used to sanitize the restaurant at night. Its kind of like that highly-frequented, convenience store tinge. However, it is prepared fresh and overall good quality. The drive-thru is definitely much faster and efficient than ordering inside so just keep that in mind. And of course, the coffee and doughnuts are good."

"I just want to add my humble review about this particular Dunkin Donuts. I’ve lived in this area for over 10 years now and I’ve been to this establishment many, many times. Honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone has been professional and courteous. Employees are always smiling and helpful. Some have even made food for me that was no longer on their menu and I never wait long. The drive thru is quick as well! They recently renovated and it’s gorgeous! It’s Always clean and the ceiling to floor windows allows the natural sunlight to shine through making it bright and open. They have a lovely conference room that you can rent and a decent seating area. Plenty parking available. I really enjoy this Dunkin Donuts!"
