"I am very displeased about my experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered my drink ahead of time and was told my order was already made. They put too much ice in the drinks so I wanted to have less ice in my drink and I told the staff members and she dumped out the ice and most of my drink and just topped it off with the cold foam. I’m telling her half of my coffee is gone. This wasn’t a free drink. I parked money for it so I expect it to be to my liking. I asked for more coffee in the drink but I really should have asked for a new drink because regular coffee was put in my cup when my order was and Iced shaken expresso. My drink tasted horrible. Won’t be coming to this location again."
