"Yall owe me a bagel with cream cheese and a medium iced coffee. The bagel was like rubber it was microwaved with cream cheese on it. The iced coffee was nasty and had no sugar and a very tart taste. Ill be back tomorrow. The donuts were good and the mango pineapple drink was good."
"Worst Dunkin’ service I ever received. James was too busy engaging in conversations with the two lady workers and kept making me repeat my order several times. Upon receival of the order, the coffee was wrong. Instead of trying to fix the situation the females began to make fun of James which showed the true unprofessional nature of this place. Needs new management"
"It is inside service plaza off highway. Employees need some motivation as they weren’t engaged fully. Food was good. Coffee is always on money."
"I ordered through the kiosk. I was immediately notified that they were out of matcha tea & they happily and quickly gave me a refund. I loved how the food wasn’t your typical greasy fast food. Thankfully Burger King was closed because I would have been a creature of habit and went through them. I got the avocado toast with roasted tomatoes and now I’m hooked!"
"This is a great Dunks. They were very patient with 3 kids deciding what drink to get. Modern feel to decor. Plenty of outlets for charging or working here. They have three outlets and a bunch of retro DD stools."
