Bonefish Grill

"This is my first visit to Bonefish Grill. My friends who I was visiting suggested we try it because they were regular customers. My first look upon entering was most pleasant. One of my friends have answered first and she was already seated when I arrived. The location is fairly dark with a pleasing atmosphere with wood tables and muted lighting. When we first arrived and were seated Oasis came by quickly and ask us about drinks and of course gave us menus to order. It was a different menu from what I really expected. They were combining some unusual combinations. My friend's new many things that I had tried previously suggested menu items they've had in past visits. I saw what I thought was all fish and seafood. It was called Fillet del Mar. I was surprised when it arrives believing it to be all seafood. It turned out to be a fillet of beef topped with the seafood over asparagus. The seafood was in a unique flavored sauce which was spicy ,garlicky and buttery but subdued. I was very pleased with my order and my companions were also more than pleased. The richest state from Bible says to see how we were getting along and see if everything was acceptable. After receiving the check and paying. A man walked over and inquired as to how we enjoyed our dinners. He introduced himself and inquired as to how we liked the food that we were served? This is a nice touch I I would recommend this restaurant without reservation."

"Our party arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm, greeted by a bustling atmosphere, a promising indicator. Despite not having a reservation, the young hostesses accommodated us on a waitlist, estimating a 25-minute wait. Regrettably, our patience was tested as the wait extended to over an hour. While we sought updates after 45 minutes, inconsistent information was provided. I observed few more new customers come in and they were told it was going to be 25 minutes also, even though, the hostess should’ve adjusted the timing and been honest with new customers and tell them it was going to be much longer than 25 minutes. People were taking their time and not leaving as quickly. A more transparent communication approach would have been appreciated. On a positive note, the culinary experience was delightful. I opted for the smoked tomatoes grouper, savoring its delightful smokiness. My friend enjoyed the shrimp tacos, and another the classic burger – all of which were satisfying. The server's performance was commendable; our beverages were consistently replenished. Despite the initial hiccup, we departed content and satiated, appreciating the flavors and service that defined the latter part of our dining experience."

"This is my second visit to Bonefish Grill, and I can say they stay pretty consistent with the quality of their food. They have many dining options to choose from and a great number of sides to complement the main dish. The food was cooked and full of flavor. The fish had an amazing grill texture, and the creamy spinach with bread crumble on top was freshly made. It's definitely a worthy visit for dinner or even to grab a nice glass of wine."
