"Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever! They get simple orders for wrong and even 15 minutes is not enough time for a simple coffee mobile order, meanwhile staff ate laughing and not working. Will make my own coffee from now on than to deal with such poor service. Go to the Dunkin Donuts on lake worth rd and turnpike for good customer service"

"Came through the drive through and was greeted by Bina. She had excellent customer serviced and recommended a larger coffee to save 60 cents on my order. Once arriving at the window she was full of smiles and brightened my day!"

"Just went to grab a quick coffee at 7:20. The store hours on the door and online say 8pm, but the door was locked. When I went to open the door and employee opened the door and stated that they closed early due to daylight savings time? This makes absolutely no sense."

"I found this location very disappointing. I waited in line while the slow man behind the register fumbled around and took his time during rush hour. All I wanted was a box of joe to bring to work for a breakfast event. The wait was long. I was given about 10 creams for the whole box. I asked for more and a rude woman said, "WHAT IS WRONG?!!!" I told her that I needed more cream. She yelled at me and gave me a little more, still not what you would normally get. I just cut my losses and left."

"Tuesday p.m. at 5:30 J and then I stopped at the Dunkin Donuts at Lantana and 441 in Lake Worth Florida. My little boy wanted a sandwich. As we approached the store we saw the sign that I have attached to this post. We then saw the sign and several more locations in various places throughout the store. It talks about an afternoon deal does not give a start date. The afternoon deal was from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. We were interested in the 2.99 sandwich. When I went to the register the young boy at the register told me he could not do it that it was not put into the register at that point. I ask for the manager. The assistant manager came to the register and she was a young teenage girl. 5 foot long brown hair in a ponytail. she said that they were not honoring it because it did not start yet and her manager told her they could not do it. I had a whole discussion with her about the fact that it is principal and they're advertising it all over the store and there's no start date listed on the poster so they need to honor it. She absolutely refused I asked her to call them and she gave me an attitude and called someone who knows if it was a manager she said that he was on the phone I think his name was David but I am not sure as she would not give me her name nor the manager's name and she told me that they would not honor it and the manager said no. I continue to tell her that that was ridiculous and that any store if they advertise.. they need to honor it. She refused to give me her name or the manager's name. She also said I can't believe you're getting upset over a few Donuts. Hello I wasn't in there for the donuts thank you very much it was the sandwich deal and it's the principle of it. I took pictures of all the signs and I called corporate. Corporate told me I would hear from the owner as it is a franchise and the owner owns several locations and I would hear from the owner within 2 days. Last night at 5:30 p.m. was 2 days. I have not heard from the owner. I am completely disgusted by this policy. as well as the employees and the manager. #dunkinfail. #dunkindonutsfail. #dunkindonuts"
