Dunkin'

"If I could give it 0 stars I would I went in and asked for a medium ice coffee a chorizo and egg wrap the lady seem confused and repeated that I want a chorizo and egg wrap I said yes she put down on the receipt a sausage egg and cheese i was wondering why it came out so cheap and when I explained to the lady that isn’t what I asked for she got mad at me making it my fault that she repeated my order and what she said was correct but what she put down wasn’t I asked may I just pay the difference and she said no making me the problem because she’s to prideful and wouldn’t take accountability of taking my order wrong I did not mind paying more to fix it but the attitude was just disgusting and rude and on top of that the coffee tasted like milk. I asked for a refund because that service was just awful and said no to wait for the manager tomorrow. I just took the food and left but I’m returning for my money I’m not touching that coffee or the sausage cheese because that’s. Ridiculous to be rude and give attitude when she got the order wrong and I tried to compromise but she said nope I have to pay for another one. Never coming to this Dunkin’ this place is nasty and rude !!!"

"BEWARE and make sure to check your food if you proceed to come to this Dunkin! This roach was embedded into my croissant sandwich, I went back to the restaurant to show this picture and the physical sandwich as I was disgusted. Asked for a manager and her response was “it probably wasn’t from here and was just in the bag”. In my head I wonder where the bag comes from. The roach was dead onto the sandwich. No apology given, just simply said it was in the bag…. I gladly got my refund and will never stop at this Dunkin due to food and service."

"Usually this place was always packed, so I was so suprised that I was the only customer that afternoon. The girl who served me was very friendly, courteous and helpful even yhough I came only for my iced coffee and donut fix. As I was leaving there were more people coming in, thankfully."

"My gf wanted coffee and her dog Chonga is my shotgun rider whenever I go on a coffee run. We ordered 2 donuts, 2 Lates, and 2 bagels totaling over $20. When the manager gave me my food, I pointed to Chonga who was anxiously watching me from the car and asked for a shot of whip cream for her. Starbucks calls it a Puppuccino and it’s always free. It’s very clever marketing as of course, most people who want to treat their dog will also order for themselves too! Every Dunkin’ Donuts I go to including this one gives it to me when asked with no problem. Today when I asked the manager for the whipped cream she said I had to pay $1. After explaining to her how I got 1 from this very store yesterday she offered to give it to me “this time.” Unfortunately there won’t be a next time and I’ll go to one of the other 50 stores in this area that know how to treat man’s best friend. Right Chonga?"

"Really Dunkin’? Is this how you feel about your customers and the service that you provide? But I do have to say that at least you are consistent in disappointing me every damn time I visit one of your stores. You really need to take some lessons from Starbucks and Shipley Donuts."
