"Please for getting my order wrong on Ubereats and sending me Avocado Toast which I've never eaten in my life instead of what I ordered get out of your heads and into your hearts....the world definitely needs more heart plus you're dealing with people's food...be more mindful of what you're doing...maybe take more care in selecting the donut holes also and don't just scoop them up. At least I got my Chai Latte which I had been craving for 2 days. No all of this doesn't make me a "Karen" which is right up there with "my bad". I didn't want to come to the store to have you fix it because the store is probably dirty."

"Not even a one star is deserved. Gave this location a second chance as the first time was horrible only to have the same experience a second time. Was charged for the wrong order & the young lady at the window proceeds to argue with her coworker as to why he didn’t tell her which order was ours. That could’ve been verified with us the customer. She proceeds to call him profanities. Was given the wrong order yet again. After they finally got it right they told us our order was quoted wrong and it’s an additional dollar for whip cream on our frozen drink. Insane will not be returning to this location."

"Coffee and donut was good not much of a verity . Guess the we’re out stock on a lot . The employee was kinda friendly but the place was very dirty ,tables , floor, counter too. I didn’t dare go in the bathroom. The music was not enjoyable it was blaring loudly thru a blown speaker. When I asked for a napkin I was told we don’t have any we never do. Watch another guest ask and he got a paper towel. So why wasn’t I offended. Starbucks is closer to my house guess I’ll go there moving forward."

"Staff was friendly. The food was great. The first time tasting this avocado with roasted tomato. I just saw it sitting on the counter not at the pickup place when I came in and had to wait to get someone's attention to get it but other than that everything else was great."
