"Everytime I order either a hot chocolate or a frozen hot chocolate they mess up my drink and give me coffee. If I wanted coffee I would've ordered coffee. I never put reviews down but I'm tired of such a simple order getting messed up Everytime I go, you can only give the benefit of the doubt so many times. Theyre hardworking and do their best to get everything right for their customers. Nichole and Carly are amazing managers and will always listen if you have a complaint and will their best to resolve it in a friendly, timely fashion.
