The family running the business cares a lot about selling a clean product as well as building connections with their customers. The bartenders are all very knowledgeable about what is being sold, and they do a good job at making new-comers feel comfortable and welcomed to a place that many consider their second home. "I've been going to The Chill Room for over a year now. I'm there every Wednesday for open mic and always have a good time. If you're looking for a place to relax then this is where you should come. The environment is very friendly. There are always familiar faces there. I consider a couple of the bartenders to be friends. I've introduced several friends to this place and now we're among the regulars. They have a lot of games for customers to enjoy with friends such as Chess, Cards Against Humanity, UNO and many more. The owners are warm and welcoming and make sure that everyone is enjoying themselves. If you love karaoke, I highly recommend you join us on Wednesday night. Open mic starts at 9, but if you wanna beat the crowd and be among the first performers, get there an hour or even half an hour earlier. I've made several friends within the last year of coming here. Some of the familiar faces I see are people I went to high school with, or other regulars."

"The Chill Room is the bomb. Come over here get your kava. Colton is a great server, so is Kaub and Mikey. Great people, very nice, excellent customer service. The owners are very welcoming. The environment is very open and friendly, nice chill place to hang out at, the atmosphere makes it very relaxing on top of the already great relaxing kava they offer. Their kratom is really effective too, does the job better than most kava bars. Open mic on Wednesday’s (Thursdays in some locations) is a whole vibe, talent from all over West Palm come in and showcase their talent. The place is often packed full of customers and performers, so for a musician this is a good people to network. Not even just to network, just coming here to meet people and hang out is a guaranteed good time. So for your next night out in the city with your friends come to the Chill Room you guys will definitely enjoy it. I vouch for these guys, they are building an empire in the years to come."

"Relaxing & cozy atmosphere, lots of options of places to sit, large drink menu of different nonalcoholic drinks including ones without kava & kratom. I had the Citrus Zinger & the Mozzarella Sticks and they were both pretty good. I did ask to dilute my drink because the kratom taste was a bit strong for me but the overall relaxing affects made working on my laptop here a great experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for somewhere to relax & do work or just hangout with friends."

"Nice kava bar, in lake Worth shopping center. Kenzie the kavatender super friendly and professional. They have some great kava soda and kratom tea. They even have a Bitcoin machine."
