"Employees are extremely kind and remind us on discounts on some occasions. Overall, they’re really organized. I gave it 5 stars due to the INCREDIBLY good prices."
"Donating was quick and painless for the most part. I do wish the person at the door had been friendlier and assisted me with the big boxes I struggled getting from my car."
"The employees inside the store very nice. But one the guys on the donation is very rude. Because of him I'll never go back there"
"I was reading some of the other reviews that were negative complaining about the store employees treating them poorly. I have been to this store eight or nine times and have never had bad treatment from anyone. I think most of the people who work here speak Spanish and I'm an old white guy that only speaks English and I don't have any trouble with anybody at this store. If you smile and are friendly to people they usually are friendly back. No matter what language they speak. The people that work here always say hello to the people coming in through the door. You would be surprised at how many people don't even acknowledge someone said hello to them. I think those are the type of people complaining."
"Walked in and asked the lady at the register for the men section and she had no idea where it was. Then I found the men section grabbed the slacks and paid for them and waited for my pants to be bagged and I was told the store doesn’t offer bags. Now we’re in 2023, how does a job or store sell items and not offer bags for items purchased. This was ridiculous to me. On a bad day it would seem as if I stole those pants and walked out with it. That’s not a good business practice, please offer bags for your customers and proper training for employees. Ridiculous!"
