"Hiring an incompetent person to serve the community who does not know how to speak basic English or issue a receipt to donors is incorrect. While most work is pushed on us after donation, please don’t expect me to be bilingual. Serving customer includes speaking proper basic English and issuing dates receipts at least under miscellaneous category. The service and communication on 12-28-23 was pathetic on a rainy day. I would give zero stars if it werethere."

"This past weekend my husband and daughter experienced discrimination by an associate. She walked up to my 12 year old daughter who was there to shop. She was asked not to look through the clothes. When my husband saw by daughter being addressed he asked her what she was told. He confronted the women and told her she was in the wrong. My daughter decided she didn't want to look through the racks any further. Seeing my daughter discouraged by the encounter he decides to checkout and ask for a supervisor. Strangely, no one arrives to check them out nor return to the front of the store because their all hiding in the back. Apparently this associate made a false claim against my husband stating that he had a gun. Which in turn caused the supervisor to call the police. Sunrise police run up on my daughter and husband in the most traumatic experience all because of a false claim. My husband was not hurt Thank God. He is upset. My daughter is upset. The Sunrise police advised us to file a complaint against the associate and the store. We will! They also felt as though their time was wasted. These situations are tiresome...I will be calling corporate."

"I go there once or twice a year to donate clothes. It’s convenient because you can drive to the back entrance and get your clothes from the trunk directly to the door where an attendant will take them from you. If the door is closed just ring the bell."

"Cool place to find a wide range of used goods. I can't say this for every type of thing for sale, but the kinds of things I buy have increased in price by about 50-75% in the last six months (2022-2023). Inflation is supposed to be "only" 9%, and I'm sure employee salaries have not shot up, and they sell goods that are free donations, so I think this is totally unjustified..price gouging. !!!"
