"Does this location (Kennedy) have hot fresh donuts anymore? Because today's donuts were cold and almost stale. I was very disatisfied with them. And I paid $13.99 for a dozen glazed donuts!! To be honest, they weren't any better than a glazed donut from Walmart. The woman that took my order was rude. When I asked for cream for my coffee, she seemed very bothered and pointed me to the cream in the seating area. I tried to be nice and cheerful, but she seemed like it was a bother to serve the customers. So sad, because it was a treat to go there in the past, but I don't know if I'll be going back again."

"Service is exceptional, however, this location never has a good selection and it's just not good. If you just want glazed donuts then you are good. Otherwise, no bueno. Their coffee is never hot enough either. What happened to the great donuts?!"

"I found an offer on my app saying I could get a dozen for $2. I didn't see that I had to buy a dozen to get a dozen at $2. It said I could get 2 offers inside or 1 offer drive- thru. But I still had to buy the first dozen. It was just the original glazed and they are like $16 a dozen."

We had bought a batch that had practically zero filling and KK corporate sent us a coupon to try give them another try... first one was the yellow cake batter and it was good, but the m&m was a disappointment. It was definitely not like the photo. KK may have good flavors but quality is inconsistent at best. Posting photo of what was expected and video what we actually got...."
